Do I need an appointment for State Inspection?
Not at all. We take the last inspection 15 minutes prior to closing.
Whats the best time to come for a State Inspection?
Hard to say. There is no pattern or predicatable peak hour. We perform over 900 Inspections a month and are as efficient as we can be.
How long do oil changes take?
Most vehicle take 15 minutes, start to finish with an open bay. We dedicate a bay and person to oil changes to ensure the quickest service possible.
Do I have to schedule an appointment?
No you do not. Sometimes life throws curveballs and our vehicles act up and need servicing out of the blue. Just drive in or tow in and drop off and we will work you in.
I need brakes done asap. Can I get it done today?
Yes. Most brake jobs we have performed, we have completed same as long as the job is started 2 hours before we close. Even if its close to closing time, we can still try our best.
I have no money, but need to get my car fixed now. What can you do?
We have partnered with a great auto repair financing company for this circumstance. They accept all forms of credit and approve almost everyone with a current job and proof of income. There is a yellow button link near the top of this page that will take you directly to their site.
When you guys say "complete auto care" what is not included?
We do all types of auto repair, maintenance, repairs such as brakes, exhaust, suspension, transmissions, engine work, diagnostics, etc. The only work we don't do is "body shop" work such as paint, collision damage, dents, etc.
