Thanks for checking in! We have the info we need and now if you just want to take some time to review over the information below. Presenting your vehicle to us and allowing us to take possession is a formal acceptance of our terms and conditions for servicing your vehicle. If you would like a printed version of this, please feel free to ask your advisor.

1. All maintenance services are before tax ,shop, EPA, HAZMAT, Disposal if applicable. Oil Changes are up to 5 quarts and spin on filter. A select few cartridge oil filters have an upcharge and we never charge for basic single-style skid plate removal. We can only use oil required by your manufacturer such as a specific weight and if it requires synthetic or a special type. Should you provide your own oil and/or oil filter, we will perform the service without our multi-point visual check and we will assume what you have provided us is specific to your vehicle including the amount of oil, the filter, and the oil weight.

2. Services like oil change, tire rotation, AC flush, and fuel system cleaning are "while you wait" services. Our lobby is indoor and outdoors covered with fans and only a few chairs to comply with CDC social distancing and fresh air suggestion. Masks are required to be worn while on property. Please be properly equipped for weather forecast of that day. 

3. Major repairs and diagnostics are "drop off" only, not negotiable during these times of limited capacity. Please be prepared for this and have a ride/lyft/uber lined up after drop-off.

4. * Means starting price, exact price varies vehicle to vehicle. We can not accurately quote prices on repairs without being present and are not in the business of guessing. Labor times, skill level, and part prices greatly change vehicle to vehicle and there is no correlation between the price of a part and how difficult/easy it is to replace. 

5. Diagnosing a vehicle can take some time. Rest assured we have invested in the latest tools, scanners, software and we actively are continuing education. Diagnosis times range as some we have figured out in minutes and some have taken hours depending on complexity. Intermittent issues may take even more time as it is hard to catch the symptom and test it "in the act"  We greatly appreciate your patience in advance. 

6. If you for whatever reason would not like to complete repairs during the same visit, please clearly let us know prior to arrival. This gives us time to reinstall any components, clean up vehicle, and have it ready to go.

7. Larger repairs and special parts/tire orders for 1st time customers may require a non refundable deposit that will of course go toward repairs. This is just a precaution as we have to pay restocking fees and don't want to get stuck with an abandoned vehicle after repair.

6. Repairs usually go smooth and without a hitch. Our goal is to get your vehicle repaired and back as quick as possible. There are times where incorrect parts are delivered, parts are out of stock, special order, misdelivered, arrived defective, or what not. Bolts break, snap, round off, and circumstances happen that are unforeseen. We greatly appreciate your understanding in these rare instances. 

7. After repairs, we try our best to confirm a completed repair via a road test, running vehicle, scanner, etc. Vehicles that came in with intermittent issues sometimes gives automotive shops a hard time. Not always, but they can sometimes delay a vehicle from being a straight forward process. 

8. When we diagnose a vehicle, we will provide the parts and warranty the parts and labor. We have a tracking system that only selects parts with a low defective/premature failure rate giving you a better chance to not have to make the same repair twice. 

9. If you are bringing us a part to install, all warranties are through your end. Labor covers "one removal and one install" If after removing old part, we discover we were provided with a wrong part, mis-manufactured, etc, we will wait no longer than one business day for the right part to be delivered to our shop by your end. We will not be held liable or assume any responsibility in any adverse effects such as loss of time, inconvenience, loss of vehicle use, or any other incidental or consequential damages just as outlined in our receipt.  If this deadline passes we will re-install old part and labor will be due or you will permit us to order one from one of our vendors and pay the part price upon completion. 

10. Full payment is due upon completion of repairs/service. We do not accept checks of any type. In the event your vehicle is not paid for and picked up, we will store your vehicle at a rate of $20.00 a day if no arrangement was made prior. Vehicle will be stored street side as we don't have a lot of room for storage and the chance of an incident increases from vandalism to an accident. We may agree to store your vehicle  if communication is kept open and may agree to not charge any fee as life happens and we are human. This depends on each individual circumstance,  and if we are at capacity. 

11. Most of these crazy bits of info are once or twice occurrences that have happened over 11 years of serving the greatest customers in the world. We don't want you thinking we are this bitter ol shop that is tough on everyone. We appreciate you choosing us for your car needs, your kudos, your recommendations, and will reward you with better deals and discounts the more often you choose us for all of your automotive needs. :)
